Following Akino, a young lady who works as an intern saleswoman in the Hokkyoku Department Store.
The Hokkyoku Department Store is not an ordinary store. With luxurious interior design, top-quality products, and good services. What makes it even more special is the customers. Hokkyoku Department Store customers are all animal customers. From common animals to rare animals, VIAs (Very Important Animals), and extinct animals.
In order to pursue her dream job, Akino must challenge any struggle.

From facing bad customer attitudes, boosting customer confidence, and helping customers pick the perfect gift, to making an almost impossible promise?
Can Akino handle all of it and get her dream job?

The Concierge has a simple yet interesting plot, making it suitable for all audiences. Its sweet animation style gives that hint of a cozy and warm feeling.
Akino is trying her best to practice good services and is willing to help the customer add an unforgettable lesson on how to treat others who are in need and support them with the best that we have.
One of the memorable aspects from this movie is the sense of teamwork and support. Within the struggle Akino faces, there are people & animals who help and support her, and some of them are the ones who she helped before.
I rate it 8/10. This is the perfect movie to watch at night when you can’t decide or pick what you want to watch.
